Veea Face Mobile Terms of Service

The Veea Face mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Vodka Friday Company, LLC doing business as Veea Face (“Veea Face,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) govern your participation in the Service. By enrolling in or using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms.
We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also revise these Mobile Terms from time to time. Your continued participation in the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
By opting in to Veea Face’s SMS/text messaging service, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages sent by or on behalf of Veea Face to the mobile number you provide. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.
Text messages may include promotional messages (such as promotions, special offers, and cart reminders) as well as transactional or informational messages related to your account or purchases.
You understand that consent to receive SMS/text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and your participation in the Service is completely voluntary.
MESSAGE FREQUENCY AND CHARGES
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the Service.
Veea Face does not charge for the Service. However, message and data rates may apply, and you are solely responsible for all charges imposed by your wireless carrier. Please check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.
OPT-OUT AND HELP
You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll.

If you are enrolled in multiple Veea Face SMS programs, you may need to opt out of each program separately, unless otherwise required by law.
SUPPORTED CARRIERS AND SERVICE LIMITATIONS
Wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability.
We may change the short code or telephone number used to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of such changes. Messages sent to a number that has been changed or discontinued may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring requests sent to such numbers.
You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to promptly update your information if your mobile number changes. If you obtain a new mobile number, you must re-enroll in the Service using that new number.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Veea Face is not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of SMS/text messages, any errors in the content of such messages, or any action you take or do not take in reliance on the Service.
PRIVACY
Your participation in the Service is subject to our Privacy Notice, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information, including information collected in connection with the SMS Service.
