SHIPPING
US Orders
We ship to verified addresses in the fifty United States, excluding P.O. boxes. We do not accept international orders or ship to international locations.
Order Processing
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders received before 3:00 pm ET are typically processed the same day. Orders received after 3:00 pm ET will ship the next business day. Orders received after 3:00 pm ET on Fridays or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Options
We offer a range of shipping options for your convenience, including standard shipping, express shipping, and international shipping. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.
Complimentary Shipping
Orders that meet the minimum purchase requirement for free shipping (if applicable) will automatically have their standard shipping fees waived during checkout. If you select an alternate shipping method, fees will be applied to your order based on your selection at checkout.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return the items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. In order to complete the return or exchange, you must provide proof of purchase.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation with the return. All returns are subject to validation and approval at our discretion.
Return Process:
- Go to https://veeaface.returnscenter.com/ and follow the prompts to initiate your return request and obtain a return authorization. OR
- Contact our customer service team at orders@veeaface.com to initiate the return process.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on where to send the product.
- Pack the items securely and include the return authorization inside the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange.
Note: Please do not ship items back without a return authorization.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact customer service within 7 calendar days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Missing Order or Items
If you're missing items or your order, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order.
